My stay at Lake Shikotsu Tsuruga Resort Spa Mizu No Uta was amazing from start to finish. The Presidential Suite was spacious and had a beautiful view of the trees and mountains. I loved having a private onsen on the balcony, the water was unlike any other onsen I've experienced - it left my skin feeling incredibly soft! The amenities in the bathroom were a nice touch too. The resort had a great selection of pillows to choose from, making for a comfortable night's sleep. The onsen area was fantastic, especially the outdoor onsen in the garden. And of course, the beautiful Lake Shikotsu was just a short walk away, offering breathtaking views. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway.

Great lakeside location - perfect for a city break! The beautiful scenery made for a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The hot springs were amazing and very clean. The best part was being able to use the hot footbath whilst enjoying the spectacular views of the lake. The resort offered a variety of water sports that looked very fun.

Rooms got quite hot and stuffy without air conditioning. Opening the windows helped, but outside noise bothered us in the early morning.

The natural hot springs are amazing and really relaxing, definitely worth visiting. the hotel is located in a beautiful area with stunning views, especially during the complimentary shuttle ride. The staff were attentive and helpful during our stay, making any request we had a priority. , the lounge area had a very elegant feeling, making it perfect for unwinding and listening to live music.

Although the food was decent, the dinner and breakfast buffets were nothing special and some dishes were not as fresh as they should have been. However, overall it was a pleasant stay.

We had a luxurious stay here, with exclusive amenities that surpassed our expectations. The service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch with a steam room and open-air hot spring bath. Live entertainment during our dinner was a nice touch. We also loved the massage services and the relaxing Spa lounge. Our private facilities were fantastic with a full body massage chair that truly helped us unwind.

The breakfast was good, but the menu at the snack bar could use more variety. The garden area was a bit small, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.
